Positioning is the one sentence that makes a specific buyer feel 'this is for me.' The trap is vagueness: a statement that could describe anyone describes no one. These steps drill naming a real buyer, a real pain, and a benefit a competitor structurally can't match.
Rewrite this weak value prop so the benefit is concrete and differentiated: 'Kbach is the best website builder for businesses who want to grow online.' Keep it to one or two sentences.
